February 18th, 2015.....Lets get serious, lets get physical....

The Olivia Newton John song just flipped through my head.......got medicine for type 2 diabetes yesterday, lady (receptionist) called it pre-type 2 diabetes......hell, you either have it or you don't....know-what-I-mean!  Anywho, 12n cardio is no longer an option, gotta do it.  Here's a pic of my leg, notice the left side of the pic at the very bottom, it curves slightly to the right and then way out to the left........lets just say the very bottom of the pic (line)is right 'past' my knee cap!  Yepper, that's the reaction of salt on my leg, actually the calf...if I raise it up in bed at night, elevate it, it shrinks to normal size, and if I do my cardio when I should it stays there throughout the day.   Basically if you see this I'm being lazy........

If I start to get really energetic, (which I should!) I need to go back to 6am cardio........I've got a lot to load on my plate, better get started............be back later.
