Starting the day off in big time pain, lower back hurts like hell, even hard to stand up!  Gonna have to take another pill.......gonna hop on Mary Jane down the road, cut the pills.  Gotta get away from the cocoa.....

I'm getting more and more of the driveway done, rolling around in my wheelchair, kinda slow but the back hurts.  Cocoa and then back at it.  Need to replace tuna fish, to much salt...... Gotta look at foods more closely.

January 25th, 2015 Back on track..........

Well, had a party for the grandson last night at Taylor Micky D's, he got a lot of presents and I got a lot of calories...........

Our game plan is changing as of tomorrow, going to hopefully pick up a 10x30 and start cleaning the shed out.  Need to start selling stuff again, can't get any $$ for the trailer, the only option is to move the trailer to a cheaper piece of land.  Until the $$ appears for this move I need to put the weight loss on urgent!

Need to go to store today for some vege's and keep juicing, anyway........later.

As of today, I'm dropping a lot of carbs from my in take, simply because I don't need them.  Gonna take a cut and hot chocolate, just took a Norco and I'm gonna do some cleaning, pic of meals to come....Dinner was 764 calories, couldn't caption it........

Who would've known taping my toe up would take care of the problem........everything seems to be solid this morning, we'll see how long it lasts.

Gonna start devising some high protein dishes and even some juicing..............gotta drop the carbs...later.  Today was a mess, every time carbs hit the calories shoot up, haven't done cardio in a few days, weight shot up because of the carbs.  Tomorrow is another day, right?

A family sitiation, (redneck sarcasm) lifted yesterday, not gonna explain it here, lets just say, when you 'know' people things get taken care of. (caffeine pills) these give me a boost and since I've been off of them for 1-2 weeks, should get a uplifting mood outa them today.  Gonna hit my oatmeal and see what I have for protein this morning, probably back later on when I rest my back.......

Looked on realtor.com and may have found some more prospects, nothing is for sure until this trailer is sold and our credit is unlocked......lunch is in the oven............night, night........

Going to see the dr. today, spent 1/2 the night on the throne, interested to see what I have and how long it'll take to fix it.......gonna lay down for a back massage, also getting my pain killers today...............later.  ad 2 pieces of pizza at the hospital while I waited for the anti-biotic and my Norco.

Today wasn't a lost cause just not a lot transpired......
