August 10th, 2015....Reality?

I'm trying to get this blog on my phone but not being very successful.....will try again...

I was able to get a few things accomplished, although I haven't gotten outside yet.  Planning on loading the generator on the truck today and compacting the drive-way, one thing at a time.  Back to making a dent in the kitchen, have Jase coming at 2:15, I'll take him to pick up mom, from then on who knows.

June 17th, 2015...New beginnings?

I managed 30 minutes on the bike this AM, going to the mall to try and push a 1 1/2 laps, we'll see what happens?!

I'm doing it this time around with some social media involved, not for the attention, but to keep me accountable.......

The last time attained this much weightloss was before Micheal, my older brother passed away.  I had my right rotator cuff repaired and in 2 days time regained 15 pounds of water, yes I have adema bad, especially in my right leg.

I had my left cuff done shortly there-after, in my case it couldn't be put off, I was way to active.

Right now I'm contending with the problem of not being able to hardly stand up without lower back pain.  I've been getting more tremmers in my legs, a lot of them at night, don't know if my weight is part of it but the back problems I know are from it.

90% finished the gate on the porch, getting the drive-way done also....more later.

June 1st, 2015...Been awhile

The buying and selling has stopped, need to pick the health up off the floor, dust it off to improve it.  I actually feel better in several ways, less stress, which was and still is a major factor.

Need to finish the drive-way some what, have a few wood projects to start up and just enjoy the summer.  Definitely going to start hitting the gym, need to keep the range of motion up, that and pay for my FLEX subscription.  I won't wake up looking like Arnold anytime soon but I can still build on it.

April 12th, 2015.....Gettin warmer...

Taking a few to update on 'yesterdays progress, today isn't over so its kinda hard to put ideas down...........

Last week, trucks down, put the S10 on the road, better milage, not looking forward to the work I know I'm gonna have to do, maintenance.  The brakes I feel are grinding, that will be tomorrow's job.  Ron's gonna do the work on the Dodge, I'd like to do the stuff on that and just let it sit for awhile, save $$ on gas.

They might be moving to Newport so we can see Jase more, that's pretty good in itself, getting the back stairs ready so we don't have to walk all the way around the ramp to get to the back-yard.

I'm starting to get up early and doing cardio work but I need to change my eating at night from pasta to rice or potato, don't know which yet.

Scale hasn't budged to much because I'm not getting my cardio in all the time, and I have a hard time sleeping at night.

More tomorrow.........oh, getting back into the veges............

March 31st, 2015......I'm back....

As like other people, I need to put my moods down here and how I feel, it greatly effects the way my life ends up on a day-to-day basis.   Been hardly riding the bike and it shows, I gained a pound on my last weigh in, not surprised.......

I'll be back later tonight with the progress of the day, I'd put plans down but I may not get them done?, rather I'm gonna put down the accomplishments.....seems like a better way to go.  Anyway, later.

Well, its 1:40pm, got my 30 on the bike to start, I'm figuring when I see a weight fluctuation, it'll get to be more.  Anyway, more later....

Managed to get the hospital bed set up, took pics and listed it............next day.

One of out orange cats came up ill and come to find out he has a tumor in his abdomen, its basically causing the rest of his body to shut down.  I have the distasteful task of taking him to the doctor and having him put to sleep.  If he was a human being, he'd be on a morphine drip right now.

March 17th, 2015 brrr, sorta comfy.........

Kinda cold and my nerves are mis-firing as usual....I've adopted to drink sweat tea, makes the water taste better and will help in my eating.  Making a little work station on the drive-way, it'll have a hoist and everything, make it easier to lift up the lawn-mowers.  Spring is right around the corner, I'm hopefully gonna have it set up so I spend more time outa the house and out there.

Got the S10, hoping to have it on the road by next week, need to start picking trash to get some projects going.  Anyway, later...took a Norco and a cut, can think straight till cardio later on.

Up at 6am but kinda 'not'??  I know I need to start getting up this early but its a bitch to say the least.....

Need to get back on the cardio train, doing it at 12n doesn't seem to work all that well, want to do work in the shed.  Going to switch mattress's today and see if that helps at all.

Getting a few hits on my stuff on the pages, we'll see what else pops up this weekend........thinking of going to middlebelt, more later.........

12:44, no maruchins, although I'm dying to.....keeping the cals down, kinda chilly, need to dress warmer today.  Suppose to get to 50*, we'll see what happens.......

March 12th, 2015......Let it be warmer, and it was....

Its 7:11am, checked email, fb and the usual crap, no messages. Going to toss up 4 eggs and put on something warmer and hit the drive-way. Shed is some what set up, cleaning the rest of the stuff off the drive way so the park doesn't complain, aka the neighbor doesn't bitch and complain, woman's a busy body.

Already started selling some small stuff, got 2 chainsaws, swapping off some parts to make one, lots more where that came from + numerous weed-wackers.....we'll see where this takes us.  Not to keen on the lawn-mowers, they take up to much space and they are to heavy to lift, anyway...later on.

March 5th, 2015.....Up early for a change.....

Getting up early seemed to be easier when there wasn't cardio involved?  Taking wifey to work then hitting the gym for muchly needed workout, need to get religious about that, after all, we're paying for a memberships and not hardly using them..........................

Then its off to do more work in storage, need to make some tables for storage which means tearing stuff outa the trailer, wish me luck.....later.

Hit the gym, did 3 exercises, got home 4 eggs, 1 potato later after a 1 hour nap, I was wasted.....going to hit the bike for an hour.............that's what 380 pounds does to you, exhausts you...........later.

Up late, made some calls yet I'm still dragging ass....................going to storage to attempt to get some stuff to get on fb to sell and make some $$, I'll be back later, as Steve Jessup the DUI lawn-mower man would say, 'got shit to do'.....................

Paid bills and got some stuff from storage, getting the work-bench in the shed ready to start working on stuff.......looking forward to this.  later............

Light set up, finished myfitnesspal, if I'm in the shed working, I'll get my water and I definitely won't eat as much, just have to get the exercise in..............time will tell......tomorrow........

February 19th, 2015....Back at it..........

Skipped cardio this morning but got truck unloaded and had b-fast before taking wifey to work and hittin storage.  Its 1pm, bout to hit bike for an hour and then, go to new storage and start throwing stuff out, probably wood, not sure, depends on what corner I can stick it in.......later.

Kinda cold today, got in my cardio......-15 tomorrow morning but the stuff's gonna get done........1700 cals today................c u tomorrow................

February 18th, 2015.....Lets get serious, lets get physical....

The Olivia Newton John song just flipped through my head.......got medicine for type 2 diabetes yesterday, lady (receptionist) called it pre-type 2 diabetes......hell, you either have it or you don't....know-what-I-mean!  Anywho, 12n cardio is no longer an option, gotta do it.  Here's a pic of my leg, notice the left side of the pic at the very bottom, it curves slightly to the right and then way out to the left........lets just say the very bottom of the pic (line)is right 'past' my knee cap!  Yepper, that's the reaction of salt on my leg, actually the calf...if I raise it up in bed at night, elevate it, it shrinks to normal size, and if I do my cardio when I should it stays there throughout the day.   Basically if you see this I'm being lazy........

If I start to get really energetic, (which I should!) I need to go back to 6am cardio........I've got a lot to load on my plate, better get started............be back later.

Its 10a, got a bit of a nap after taking the wife to work and I'm about to head to storage in this sub-zero literally weather....its gotta get done.  Basically means I'm putting off the work in the shed just a bit longer.  Hopefully this cold spell will leave sooner or later, had the same last year......

February 15th, 2015 its c c c cold out there....

As I type this its about -9* or -10* outside.......very cold, but I'm still going outside to get some stuff done never-the-less.  Making a cup of hot cocoa as I type this.  I've got major amouts of work to do in the shed today, gotta get my table built and go to storage whether I like it or not-gonna dress warm for that.  Decided I'm gonna invest in the S10, the one my kid swapped for his truck, he finally got it running last night, I can use the fact that it sits low to the ground and I can get into it easier.  Its also gets a lot better gas milage............anyway, later, cardio at 12n.

February 14th, 2015 dressed for warmth.....

Gonna be cold today so I tossed on a second pair of sweats and 3rd heavier t-shirt, got a week to get storage done and I don't wanna be a last minute louie....Getting some really cold windshields today so I figured I'd be ready for em.  I took a 2nd Norco for back pain so I figure I'm good to go, or I'll fall flat on my face, which I've done and its not pretty...........

I was able to monkey with storage just enough to get the Christmas stuff out and get it ready for the shed.  Taking my meds and getting something to eat....pressure cooker time, getting tired of eggs.

Last night was ruff to say the least, I know I ran a fever and it was probably from being out in this weather messing with storage.

I'm getting quite accustom to having 5 fried eggs in the morning also, sometimes for lunch to.....well, I'm gonna set the vizio up so I can project the laptop......until later.

Spend part of the day cleaning the desk and nodding off here and there, back to hitting the bricks tomorrow, hopefully, no meals here............

February 10th, 2015....Post Doctor....

Went to the Docs yesterday, actually switched dr., needed a fresh perspective and along with that a new start.  Been lazy with this and fitnesspal.com, and I feel it.  Going to drop off wife at work and hit the storages right off the bat.  Need to get a lot accomplished today, that and turn over some more $$ gotta pay storage this month along with some other pending stuff.  I'll stop back by later on for a cup of coffee and some new testament........gonna be cold today so probably need the warm-up.

Back on for a few minutes, had to take care of 1 or 2 things, everything's sorta well in the neighborhood, I'll know more later on.

February 8th, 2015.....Picking myself off the floor.

I've missed bloging here for a few days, not to mention my calories.  Getting over some stressful issues around me, which has a way of bringing me down.  I've been able to get part of the shed cleaned out, that way I can start working on some projects.  I sold the pac-n-play and the Craftsman compound table saw, muchly needed money at the time. Not gonna get into a lot of personal here but need to crank up the money machine real bad.

Managing to get the 10x20's emptied out into the 10x30, that and hittin the auctions once again to buy and sell like usual.  As far as putting my meals here anymore, if I take the time, a description would probably suffice, often I started to forget about pics.  I also need to get back on the bike regularly, I can tell when I don't, everything hurts.............

Looking outside this am its a mess, got fuel and a spark plug for the snow blower.  Need to invest in a battery charger, a good one!...................more tonight.

February 1st, 2015 Lots of snow!!!

I'll be cleaning out more of the shed today, gotta dig out all the tools and such and see what I wanna sell, gotta make some more $$.  Need to drop a couple things from my normal eating habits, tuna fish for starters, lots of sodium.  Milk, lots of cals also, picked up some coconut milk, gonna try it juicing today, toss in a bit of flavor besides Tang.

Suppose to get 6-12 inches of snow, depends on the drifting.......snow blower works so I don't think Ill have a problem, the neighbors, who knows..........later.  I'd put a pic here of b-fast but I'm gonna hit 1 more cocoa and go out to the shed, maybe eat about 12n..........

January 25th, 2015 Back on track..........

Well, had a party for the grandson last night at Taylor Micky D's, he got a lot of presents and I got a lot of calories...........

Our game plan is changing as of tomorrow, going to hopefully pick up a 10x30 and start cleaning the shed out.  Need to start selling stuff again, can't get any $$ for the trailer, the only option is to move the trailer to a cheaper piece of land.  Until the $$ appears for this move I need to put the weight loss on urgent!

Need to go to store today for some vege's and keep juicing, anyway........later.

A family sitiation, (redneck sarcasm) lifted yesterday, not gonna explain it here, lets just say, when you 'know' people things get taken care of. (caffeine pills) these give me a boost and since I've been off of them for 1-2 weeks, should get a uplifting mood outa them today.  Gonna hit my oatmeal and see what I have for protein this morning, probably back later on when I rest my back.......

Looked on realtor.com and may have found some more prospects, nothing is for sure until this trailer is sold and our credit is unlocked......lunch is in the oven............night, night........
