I am trying to keep my use of Norco to a minimum. I'm hoping that once I start random bike again my back pain will slowly go away. I'm also trying you used to this Dragon, , it's sorry outside on going to sign off here in a few minutes I'll probably start back up after a while before going get mother from work. My aim today is to stay off of the laptop, and keep the TV off so I can concentrate on getting some work done.
Now it's just about 2 o'clock, going to take my medications and get to work. I will check them later on if I have time.
