January 17th, 2015 Back to high protein, hopefully.

Who would've known taping my toe up would take care of the problem........everything seems to be solid this morning, we'll see how long it lasts.

100 Calories, snack
Dinner, 764 Calories
Gonna start devising some high protein dishes and even some juicing..............gotta drop the carbs...later.  Today was a mess, every time carbs hit the calories shoot up, haven't done cardio in a few days, weight shot up because of the carbs.  Tomorrow is another day, right?
