Well, its Saturday morning and I just did my 1st weigh in, found a scale that hits 400pounds and away I go....
I'll get more later when I kick back, my back will give out sometime.............yea, tuna for breakfast, I've done worse........Almost 12n, gonna start pulling stuff from the back room for storage, taking it tomorrow.....cardio later on, like to see a few more pounds this week.
