January 8th, 2015, day 1 and counting.

Well, lets try this again, shall we! Had a paragraph and it disappeared?  Any who, found out the daughter had a scale we bought her a long time ago, and it goes up to 400 pounds, saves me from buying a scale.  Dropped the wife off at work, cleaned the back of the car out at storage, tossed in the snow blower, it'll come out at the house, wanted to make room for the wheel chair.
I want to go back to the gym so I have to take the wheel chair so when my back goes out I can roll around on it.  Its almost 12n, time for the bike and to log some food and plan some more meals for today and possibly tomorrow, thinking about doing some juicing but haven't quite decided yet??

Its been a blah day, to cold to go outside and I've had a bit of trouble getting my thoughts together.  Wife has an early shift in the morning and I'm planning on doing a weigh in, 1st of the year, I'm wondering how many pounds I'll lose per week, hoping on at least 2-3, we shall see. Later.........

Had some more pics that didn't load up, gotta figure out how to go directly to sight on the phone.  I was 1000 under on calories tonight, do better tomorrow.........goodnight.
