Had a little bit of stress yesterday from a situation that I'm dealing with and it kinda fixed itself, or at least I'm hoping it will? Thinking of some more meal ideas to keep things fresh so I'm not eating the same thing all the time. I'm getting portion control down very good and label reading is getting to be 2nd nature. Gotta get catfood today so I'm gonna check out the gluten free isle at Walmart, my mom's been pushing it on me and maybe there would be benefits for me, 'who knows?' I'm still hittin the throne quite often, I find this very irritating, hopefully my dr. appointment won't fall through this week or its to the ER I go. Wife has 4 days off next week, need to actually get this trailer done so we can get out of it..............more later. Successfully added breakfast and the cals.....so badly wanna weigh myself but maybe tomorrow. Got some stuff done today, tomorrow is another day.
