January 4th, 2015.......Day of reckoning?

While helping out a friend on his weightloss, I looked up an old blog, Sean Anderson.  I was surprised to realize that he not only held a reasonable low weight for 1.5 yrs but that he slipped somewhat and gained some of the weight back.  There was no time frame that I could relate to but he was up where I'm at which is 380 something.

Gotta get dressed and take wife to work, be back soon............

Well, 12:12pm, watched a bit of transformers 2 and had my breakfast as you'd could it. 5 eggs and 1/2 can of mushrooms-pic and cals to follow. Going to work on b-room and get stuff out from under bed.  Going to put a pic of breakfast in here.

Sittin here doing yet another update, going back to store and getting more chicken, its on sale $1.69 per pound, a lot cheaper than hamburger now adays, that and my lower back hurts and sometime I have to get on the bike today...we'll see how that goes.

Well, I'm off to the store before it closes...........later 117pm
1:35pm, decided not to get bore chicken, need to lessen what I eat not have more for use......besides, eggs, turkey and other things are available.....there will be more sales.........back to cleaning the room, that and pick up my water intake.....this is popcorn, butter/salt.

This was after the popcorn, just didn't do the trick....need to do some changes tomorrow, going back to oatmeal, still feeling sick.


The maruchan noodles was dinner, not the best but have to have pasta before I hit the bricks or I can't sleep.......Gonna make some changes in the food tomorrow, gotta add some fiber, hopefully that will make me feel better.  Have dr. appointment on the 7th, getting some more pain meds, can really feel it, anywho goodnight............
