January 13th, 2015.....Cutten the Calories?

I secretly stepped on the scale this morning and it showed 171 pounds, 1.5 pound loss since Saturday, not listing it but I can still feel the weight every time I stand up.  Being without my painkillers, the weight is not masked anymore, I know its there and its gotta go.....along with the rest of the tasks at hand, I'm upping my cardio, last night my ribs started to hurt-basically means I'm on the right path.  Gonna start the meals and plan for supper later on....

I laid down for an hour after I got back for a back massage, I'm a hurtin.....It will be nice to get back on my pain meds, got a lot to accomplish.   Just wish it wasn't hurtin so much to move.  Anywho gotta get lunch going, later........

Back from giving a sample to the hospital, hoping by Thursday, I'll get the right meds to take care of the problem.  Fish/Broccolli in the oven, salt/pepper.

Dinner was chicken planks, gluten free, not bad, trying a wide variety of food, tomorrow, turkey taco's................Goodnight............
