Downloaded twitter and myfitnesspal apps to my cell, it'll take me off this laptop that I seem to be glued to so much............well, after a nap this am, ready and rarin to go. Gonna try and squeeze in 2 hours of cardio today seeings I skipped yesterday, well the situation at hand had it outa my reach, I'll just leave it at that........I'll probably finish this later tonight, gotta cut my time down here......
