Tuesday, January 6th, 2015

Up earlier than usual, couldn't sleep after the nap I had last night, or the early evening that is.  Its 5:45 am, gonna get some java, hit the bike, need to start making a habit outa this, tomorrow is 49,  not getting any younger.........Morning coffee, and 60 on the bike, went by pretty fast, watched demolition man on tv. Trying to get the hang of how to put in pics with captions, getting better...........later......

3rd of 20 min session
 
First cup of coffee....
 
Actually it was cardio then coffee, but who's counting, figuring out page and pics.
Breakfast and more water...0........later, work to do.
Managed to get in 2-1 hour sessions of cardio, looking forward to the morning, load up the truck with the stuff from the front room.  Also have dr, appointment tomorrow, good night.
Water, 2 1/2 servings?

Dinner, kinda...chicken, red potato, carrots.
 




Had 4 of these, whole wheat shells, chicken, lettuce/tomato
